We're looking for someone to serve as a Property Manager for 18 housing units. Duties include the following:
- Rent collection from the 1st-10th of each month
- Handling maintenance calls from tenants and informing maintenance staff of repair needs
- Serving as energy efficiency officer
- Keeping monthly log on energy use of each tenant
- Opportunity to take property management classes when available and cost-effective.
This is a great way to gain some experience in property management while giving back to our community!
