Responsibilities
- Attend Training session prior to event
- Advocate for 4-H
- Keep time, complete a rubric, ask questions, and provide constructive feedback for County 4-H'ers as they present their 2020 speech for the first time. Some youth will continue on to our district competition. You will be one of 2 or 3 judges/room listening to 10 to 12 speeches.
This Role is ideal for
- An individual with strong interpersonal skills good at communicating with youth.
- An individual interested in experiential youth education.
- An individual with strong public speaking skills.
